Technical Support:

Open from 9am to 5pm M-F pacific time. Contact us at 425-686-3082 or click on the "contact" or "service" tab above and fill out the form. We will contact you within 24 hrs of receipt of your email.

Service:

Click on the "Service" tab above, fill out the form, and we will contact you within 24 hrs to setup your return. If faster service is needed, or you need a part please call technical support at 425-381-9673.  

Repair times vary, but generally take about 3 to 5 days to turn them around once we have received them in house. 

Software Downloads:

Download the latest version of Micron software for your digital microscope sold through Fisher Scientific or Laxco.
